Weekend Soccer Preview: Academy back in action; 15s play State League finale

CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – After a light schedule for the month of October, Real Salt Lake-Arizona Academy kicks back into U.S. Soccer Development Academy action this weekend against Arsenal FC while RSL-AZ Elite U-15 play their final game of the Arizona State League season vs. Tuzos Leon.

Real Salt Lake-Arizona Academy U-17/18 (4-1-1) kick off the weekend’s action on Saturday morning in California vs. Arsenal FC U-17/18 (3-5-1). In the second half of Saturday’s USSDA doubleheader, RSL-AZ U-15/16 (4-1-1) look to keep up their strong start to the year against Arsenal FC U-15/16 (2-6-1).

In Arizona, RSL-AZ Elite U-15 (5-0-1) have their fate in their own hands as they finish off the Arizona State League season vs. Tuzos Leon (1-2-0). The 15s will guarantee themselves first place in the league and promotion to Division I for next year with a win.

In the rest of the weekend’s action, RSL-AZ Elite U-18 (1-2-2) look to get their State League season back on track against Sereno White (3-2-0) while RSL-AZ Elite U-17 (4-0-0) hope to keep their perfect record intact vs. SC del Sol Petersen (2-0-2).
